Tracking FAQs

My tracking number shows “not found”.

The courier updates its system 12–24 hours after pickup. Please check again a little later. If it still doesn't show after 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.

I didn't receive a tracking number.

Use the Order Number tab above or log in with your email to see your order. Our team will share the tracking link on WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?

We ship within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 6–10 days depending on your location; metro cities are often faster.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. WhatsApp us your order number and new address as soon as possible.

My parcel shows delivered but I haven't received it.

Check with family / neighbours / security first. If you still can't find it, WhatsApp us within 48 hours and we'll raise it with the courier.
