Refund policy

At KumKum Noveltys, we take pride in accurately fulfilling every order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, exchanges for reasons of personal preference, or refunds. Our policy is limited strictly to correcting genuine errors made by us during fulfillment.

When We Accept a Return

We accept a return only if you received the wrong item due to an error on our part — for example:

  • You received a different product than what you ordered
  • The product does not match the item shown/confirmed at checkout
  • Your order was misplaced or fulfilled incorrectly at our warehouse

What We Provide

If your claim is verified as a genuine dispatch error:

  • We will send you a replacement of the correct product you originally ordered
  • We do not offer refunds, store credit, or any compensation other than the correct replacement product
  • We do not accept returns for size preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with design, color, or fit, since these are not fulfillment errors

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect size or design selected by the customer at checkout
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, water, chemical, or perfume contact
  • Any request raised after the claim window has closed (see below)

How to Raise a Claim

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/video of the item received (including packaging and label)
  3. Our team will verify the issue against your original order details

Verification & Replacement

  • Once verified as a genuine error on our end, we will arrange the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost
  • If the original product is unavailable, we will offer the closest equivalent product of the same value
  • No cash refund, partial refund, or other compensation will be issued under any circumstance
