Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or festive-season volume are beyond our control, though we always work to minimise them.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499. Charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. We recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and exclusive prepaid discounts.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the link shared with you. For any help, reach us on WhatsApp and we'll assist you quickly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. KumKum Noveltys is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or a wrong address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
